Lucie Palka

Welcome to

Hi, I’m Lucie.

I work at the intersection of strategy, systems, and organizational performance, helping bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex work.

My focus is on turning ideas into action: building frameworks, improving processes, and supporting teams in delivering meaningful results.

Alongside my professional work, I’m drawn to creativity, exploring art, ideas, and personal growth as a way to stay curious and balanced.

This space brings those pieces together, a place to share my work, thinking, and creative projects as they continue to evolve.

I may be starting a movement here, but I think ora I may be starting a movement here, but I think orange wood furniture deserves a second chance.

When I found this piece, the price was right, the quality was incredible, and it was solid wood. The only thing working against it? It wasn’t exactly aligned with today’s trends.

That didn’t stop me.

Instead of passing it by, I saw an opportunity to create something unique. I took inspiration from its warm tones and designed my room around it. The result is a space that feels cozy, personal, and full of character.

It also got me thinking about sustainability.

We’ve become so used to replacing furniture when styles change, but the most sustainable piece is often the one that’s already been made. Solid wood furniture can last for generations if we’re willing to see its potential.

Maybe the goal isn’t to make every piece fit the latest trend.

Maybe the goal is to create a home that tells a story.

And this piece has a story.
