I work in strategy, project management, and organizational performance, with a focus on bringing structure and clarity to complex work.

Over time, my role has grown beyond managing individual projects to supporting broader organizational initiatives — developing frameworks, improving processes, and helping teams move from ideas to implementation.

I’m particularly interested in how organizations function as systems: where things get stuck, how decisions are made, and how to create alignment that leads to meaningful progress. My work often involves building structure where it’s missing, simplifying complexity, and helping others move forward with confidence.

Outside of my professional work, I’m drawn to creativity and reflection.

I paint, explore ideas, and spend time thinking about growth — both personal and creative. This side of my life helps me stay curious, balanced, and open to new ways of thinking.
